By placing an order with Durham Firewood, you agree to the following terms:

1. Orders & Payment
   • All orders must be paid in full before delivery or pickup.
   • Prices are subject to change without notice.
2. Delivery
   • We deliver to designated areas within the Durham Region and surrounding communities.
   • Customers are responsible for providing clear and safe access for delivery. If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, additional charges may apply.
3. Products
   • Firewood is a natural product. Variations in size, shape, and moisture content are normal.
   • Specialty products (pizza oven wood, smoker wood, kindling, etc.) are prepared to order and may vary slightly from product images.
4. Returns & Refunds
   • Due to the nature of firewood, all sales are final.
   • If there is an issue with your order, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve it.
5. Liability
   • Durham Firewood is not responsible for damage to driveways, lawns, or property caused by delivery equipment, unless due to negligence.
   • Customers accept responsibility for safe storage and use of firewood after delivery.
6. Use of Website
   • Content, images, and pricing on this website are the property of Durham Firewood and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
