Due to the nature of firewood and specialty wood products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns. Once delivered, the wood cannot be restocked, resold, or guaranteed to remain in the same condition.
That said, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If there are any issues with your order upon delivery β such as quantity, product type, or quality concerns β please contact us right away. We will work with you to make it right and ensure you receive the product you ordered.
